This Jasmine is sourced from a 50 year old organic garden here in Wexford. It grows on the side of an old house which has bats in the attic, swallows in the eaves and in the summer, a large fat cat sleeping at the base!

Jasmine is a wonderful flower that has a strong calming effect especially when blended with a complimentary herb like Chamomile. But it also helps with mental clarity and alertness. A wonderful addition to a menopause tea blend! But equally delicious on its own.

You can also use this to infuse an oil for external use. Jasmine Oil has been used for thousands of years for its aphrodisiac properties but also helps aid a deep sleep. Infuse into a moisturising oil and have some sexy dreams!
