These tours are tailored to your requests and inclusions are entirely based upon your budget.

Picnic boxes, table served tastings or a casual farmhouse lunch, everything down to Gift Bags and Disposable Wellies can be included should you require!

Our Food producers and Farmers are subject to their own working hours and the one producer you wish to visit, may not be available on your requested dates, But the tour will comprise of a minimum of three of the following producers and/or farms and a lunch.

Participants

Groups must be kept to a maximum of 22 people as you will be visiting small farms and smaller still production areas. Can you fit 30 people in your kitchen?!

Important information

These tours are not suitable for anyone following a vegan, yeast, gluten or dairy-free diet,

Guests will be visiting working farms and must understand that occasional animal poo may be visible!

Sample Tour

This tour comprises of visits to three farms plus a farmhouse lunch

Wildabout is a small organic permaculture farm producing a remarkable level of award winning jams, chutneys, syrups and drinks all made with their own home grown ingredients. Here you will tour the farm and enjoy a wise selection of tastings with owner Fiona Falconer.

Tara Hill Honey, have Apiaries all along the east coast, and from them Tara Hill Honey produces three distinctive types of honey; Ivy, Heather and Blossom. Here you will meet Michael and Ann, don the bee suits and taste honey direct from the hives to the rear of their own home. Learning about the various uses for the three types of honey from medicinal to culinary.

After a brief break for lunch the group visits the final tour of the day Salt Rock Dairy. Here famer Catherine will take the group on a tour of the farm, including the creamery and parlour and a an opportunity to meet the girls themselves before enjoying tastings at Salt Rocks’ unique Trailer Dispensary which is moved about the community of Gorey!
